Biography

Shahbáz Imperial Collections consist of museum value art pieces, architectural design products, and spacial projection.

Alongside, Shahbáz Imperial offers artistic projects with 'consciousness related' goals, to NGO's, governmental, cultural and educational organisations and institutions, to promote global 'unity in thoughts' for building 'global prosperity'.

Amélia Ta'eed, the founder of Shahbáz Imperial Creation, is an artist whose passion for the mystical ideas behind art was developed and inspired by her research in the origin of Persian art & architecture.

As a world citizen Amélia was born in Persia, brought up in Europe, studied at the 'Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués' in Paris, received an MA in Communication Policies from City University in London and started her career in Hong Kong. Amelia works in NY and Amstrdam.

Shahbáz Imperial Creation has given numerous exhibitions, which have received compliments in such highly regarded circles as Auction House of Christie's.

In January 2006, Amélia was honoured to be invited by Empress Farah Pahlavi in Paris.

Philosophy

Shahbáz –The Royal Falcon– is a symbol of consciousness. The Royal Falcon is a bird that flies very high, as though it has the desire to fly away from this earthly world and approach the spiritual one – unifying with the inner self, through self consciousness.

Everything in this universe forms one, complete entity, of which each fragment is a reflection of the whole. One searches for harmony through movement, inwardly, within one's own self, as well as outwardly, with one's surroundings. So unite the inner with the outer.

This movement which stands for 'reflection' and 'growth' is a symbol of life.

The constant inward and outward movements in the projectional artwork demonstrate how the human consciousness gradually breaks its boundaries and limitations, ultimately unified with its self and its surrounding, and experiences an infinite, multi faceted energy.
